Return Policy

The customers  who buy on  can request refunds under the following conditions:

1. Products not received: The products were not delivered to the customers within the scheduled delivery time. For this situation, the customers can apply for a refund.
2. Repeat payment: The customers made multiple payments to one order. For this situation, we will refund the orders which the customers request. (The premise is that the orders are not delivered.).
3. Sometimes we need customers' assistance to verify payment information. If the customers refuse it or do not complete it. The customers can request refunds.

In the following situation, We can not refund the customers:
1. Completed delivery: the products have been delivered to the customers as agreed and consistent with the description.
2. Unpaid Order: The customer is not allowed to apply for a refund for the unpaid order.
3. For any reason other than the reasons listed above in "We may issue a refund under the following conditions".

About the refund, you can email us your refund request by using your registered email with your Order ID and refund reason.

Your refund request will be verified after you submit the order number and the reason for the refund. If the request is approved, The refund will be returned to the customers’ payment account or bank card.

Refund processing time: We will process the refund request in 2 working days, but the exact time of refund is determined by the processing speed of different banks.
